Planning Department

The Planning Department controls the growth and development of land and the City in general through the use of design and the implementation of zoning ordinances and building codes. The Planning Department monitors the growth of the city through housing construction, business developments and land use patterns.

The Planning Department is divided into the following divisions:
Building Inspection
Code Enforcement
Community Development
Rental Certification
Planning / Zoning Administration
