The Port Huron City Council is asking the citizen's of Port Huron, along with local groups and churches, to submit names of people they feel are deserving of recognition with a Spirit of Port Huron Award. Nominations must be received by March 30, 2018.

The “Spirit of Port Huron” awards program will be held on June 11, 2018.

1/5/2018Beginning Monday, January 8, 2018 the City of Port Huron will be making improvements to the 10th Street Bridge.  These improvements will include rehabilitation of the substructure, deck and structural steel repairs, partial painting and electrical and mechanical repairs.  10th Street/Avenue will be closed to thru traffic at the bridge until approximately the end of March.

11/18/2017The City of Port Huron, on behalf of St Clair County, mailed the 2017 winter tax bills containing various County taxes on November 17, 2016.  The winter taxes may be paid without penalty on or before February 15, 2018.

3/16/2017Artificial flowers wreaths and other decorations are prohibited in Lakeside Cemetery and Veterans Memorial Cemetery between April 1 and November 15.  As a reminder, only patriotic flags and flowers are permitted on grave sites.
